Hannah Posted May 19, 2012 Report Posted May 19, 2012 Hello, I'm a '70s and '80s Toyota fan and have owned two lovely old girls; a 1981 Corolla (Celeste) and a 1976 Cressida (Molly), both yellow. My pride and joy was stolen from outside my house (in Perth), and the police haven't found anything, and the car hasn't shown up after six months :( She is an all original, 1981 yellow Corolla, tan interior, number plate 1CJY957, automatic transmission sedan. I suppose her identifying feature would be a her little rust spot, a fifty-cent coin sized bit of rust (pretty much rusted through) on the left corner of the boot. I still have a Corolla shaped hole in my heart, and want to post this just in case anyone on here happens to have seen my old girl Celeste around in somewhat dodgy circumstances (I've been checking everywhere online for mention of her but nothing's ever come up.... She's a pretty hard car to hide) I'm also looking for a similar car to replace her (I've held out until now hoping that she'd somehow make her way home, but it's probably time to move on) so thought this might be the place to advertise that too. JSF Posted May 19, 2012 Report Posted May 19, 2012 Beautiful car, there are quite a few lowlifes in this world and what amazes me is to learn how much more common these kind of things are now. Unfortunately, from what i've seen in the past, 90% of the cars if not found after the first week are stripped and burnt or touched up and resprayed into track cars. However, there is always hope you'll find her. Goodluck! P.S: It always cheers me to see somebody admit a piece of their heart is gone when they are parted with their vehicle. Quote
ATOYOTA Posted May 19, 2012 Report Posted May 19, 2012 That's a phucking sad thing to happen man, I really feel for you. If some anal discharge took my pride and joy I myself know I would want to catch them and mount their heads somewhere clearly visible on the car so as to deter any future arse phucks from touching my girl. Good luck with finding theses cun7s, I hope you save some lower intestines (or maybe a kidney) for me when you gut them. Quote
