Recently bought a ke70 http://philscarblog.files.wordpress.com/2010/08/p7sda.jpg - photo, but I did nothing about it I do not know, can rollaclub help me (I thought)

The question is, how do I subdue the hand brake?)

the owner said that it is defective, it was about what that spare parts. ))))

Is it not working at all or just slipping?

Check the cable the whole way along to make sure its not broken.

There is also an adjuster on the hand brake but you have to remove the centre console. (There is just a few screws holding it on.)

In the near future to try and write here :)

When you pull it up does it feel like there is any tension?

The rear brakes may just need adjusting.

You can check if the hand brake cable is broken if the brakes are adjusted correctly.
