i just changed the head on my ke30 4k with a 3kc head from my ke30 doner car, we did everything to the service manual specs with a toruqe wrench fuels going into the carby fuel pumps fine

same spark to the spark plugs just no no compression in all cylnders motor turns over with no trouble just wont start no backfireing or nothing

Make sure the valves are closing

How would i go about doing this?, all the rods were inserted in the order they came :/

Now, ":no compression" means you have measured it with a compression guage and got under 100psi I hope.. or is this just a thumb-sucking exercise??

Are you getting spark at the plug? Also check valve clearances as others have said.
