G'day all i have some 14 x7 jelly beans for my ke30 and i need new tyres i want something

with white lettering maybe like the bfg's but i need to know what size tyre to get something

low profile but also wont scrub as my guards havnt been lipped cause i wanna keep my car as

stock as possible cheers.

What offset are the rims?

I'm not sure how can i find that out there pretty old there of datsun 1600?

195 or 205/60's, will be a great fit still retaining the original rolling diametre.

2nd vote for 195/60 or 205/60, will be good and an easyish size to find. If you can't find any tyres with white lettering you can buy white tyre marker pens and colour the letters yourself. I've done it before and it came up pretty good.

 

If your car is pretty low you might get some rubbage. Could fit 185/60 if rubbing is an issue.

I run 185/60's on my 14x7's and they're a good fit. Not oversize but not undersized.

 

Would help avoid scrubbing a tad compared to a 195 or a 205

Is the car lowered?

 

205/60 tyre on a 14x7 -20 rim will scrub stock guards if the car is low.

 

I have 175/65 on 14x7s with 0 offset and i still get some minor scrubbing on the rear. Its pretty low though.. oh and it has 5mm spacers so more like -5 offset.

 

185 would be the go. That what i will be getting next.

not lowered stock as a rock ill work it out juz gonna clean up rims first n ill take it down get couple different sizes put on see what fits n looks best! yea hope i can get somethin with white lettering cause it'll look thousand times better!
