Anyone know what the offset is for these? I'm looking into getting widened steelies made up, but can only go 25mm either way of the original offset and get 7inch wide MAX (unless someone knows where I could find bigger bands?) so I'm trying to do the maths.

stock KE2# wheel offset is +20, same as 4x110 mazda's

Cheers Tally! So 13 x 7 -5 steelies, 165/55 rubber for a little stretch? There's not much room on a 7 for stretch but that's the widest this guy will do.

If you can wait 2 weeks or so you trial fit my 13x7 0's with 165/55's :)

What made you choose 165/55? You'd have to go very low with a '26 for them I reckon!

I've just been mucking around on Will-it-Fit, then looking on tyre websites for availability, and reading around on places like ae86dc. Heaps of people on there were b*tching about how stretch on 7 is stupid, and someone posted a photo of a ksev with 13x7 -30 with 165/55!

Obviously it's not heaps of stretch, but I can't find or afford anything bigger than 7 in 4x110. Sometimes I think that 55 is too narrow, but anything bigger and I'll lose the aesthetics I'm looking for.

 

I was thinking about the lows as well, I've been considering Lowered King springs with a coil or 2 cut off, and 2.5 or 3in blocks in the rear.

 

I guess when we test fit yours we can make that judgment :)

You can get Nankangs through Sparco in town! 6 week wait though..

 

175/60 are a good option as well

How much for the 165/55s through Sparco? And are 175/60 more available?

 

I know you mentioned needing lots of lowz because of small tyres, but I love this.

175/60 are available most places I've found. I might run them on the back for a little more grip

If anything I'd put the bigger on the front for more grip. ;)

 

Yeah I'm looking at that too, but with the steelies maybe a polished band. Then roofracks, bozo-esque exhaust with a surprise and we'll be all sweet :) for the time being..

I run 13x7 +6 and the front is flush with 175/60's. Rear you can get away with 13x7 0ish without poke.

RA28GT yeah yours looks fantastic! Hadn't seen those photos before. I'd like a bit of poke, and a little stretch, so I reckon 13x7 -5 with 165/55s will be good. How far have you lowered it front and rear?
