Rumor has it in a few months time we may be having a day at the Mt. Cotton skidpan, day includes skidpan / motorkhana / lunch / LVMA from what I do believe. Price will now be more expensive than it used to be due to public liability costs, but trust me its worth every cent, don't miss the opportunity..

Depending on timing I would probably be interested. And nick, you have 4wd (and a shiteload more power), if you don't beat me I don't know what to say... :P

re tyres: don't worry, mine are shit bald too. And no I don't have money to buy new ones :P So it'll be dorifto mode for me I recon...

Bald tyres are all the more fun in the skid pan! The QLD transport Mt Cotton instructors car had barely legal tyres on there ON PURPOSE! He just went to the tyre places and asked for new old ones every few weeks/months!

 

It was hell fun to drift around in (not that anyone was any good...and I didnt have my licence yet (but I did have a car...my good old HZ Belmont paddock basher!)

and obviously cars with better tyres will be faster around the pan.
