But i already took the cylinder head of and it´s a dish piston engine (D-shaped dish). The funny thing is that it has the original K (1077cc) exhaust manifold, so it´s kinda choking the power.

Dave would be correct. To fit the 4K without changing the entire exhaust they would have swapped the manifold over. KE10 engine bays are very small so the manifold that came with the 4K possibly wouldn't fit.

hang on, isn't the D-dish a 5K piston? Aren't 4Ks all flat top pistons?

Nope the 4k-u had a D-dish piston too.
