has anybody gotten into these pixel cars.

i always saw them on forums other forums

and finally found the main website for them at www.pixelcars.com

not trying to advertise the site

just wondering if anybody else has made one of there rolla.

 

i made mine out of a black flat front ke70 wagon and a slant front sedan chopping the slkant front and rear window onto

the wagon.

it is all done in paint. i then tried to make the rest of it as close to my car as possible.

turned out pretty cool

yes i am finding that out now.... hmm closest one i found was a a*e20 i think. Might see if i can change it to a 55.

its not to hard

it just takes a while having to change colour all the time

using the shade charts makes things alot easier

Nice work guys, I think a mix between the two of these will get me pretty close to what I need for my ke55 4 door, looks like I'm going to have to have a play around :-)

 

this is where i am now. not too hard actually if you have a good base to work off hey

extended the boot, changed the tail lights, lowered, front lip spoiler, rear air vent and changed rims.

 

EDIT: Longer bonnet, changed front and rear lights to get rid of chrome surrounds from front and side view, longer body too and chopped roof

It still looks like a *E2* to me. Possibly the bonnet needs to be longer?? Not sure.

I started on a 55 base for yous to uses

If I'm in the office tomorrow I will get more done on it

Slope of the roof is straighter in a KE55 & whole car should be longer... unless you are going for that look. This is why I never tried to make something from scratch, I keep changing my mind :P
