Did some polishing to the beast. did one side boot and roof. so still quite a bit to go.

 

 

 

process is 1500 wet sand. then 1500 orbital pad then 2000 then 3000 and it looks like that.

 

then hit it with compounding foam with farecla g6 then finish it with grey foam pad with g10.

 

 

3000..

 

 

one side is still 1500 wet sanded. jst to compare difference. between that and 3000.

 

then polish.

Thanks mate. Atm I've been busy with work so haven't had a chance to work on it. So far the motor has been removed. The head is fixed and ready to go on. New clutch. Fix the timing cover. Nearly ready to reassemble.
