Hey guys

I have twin carbs of a ke15 sprinter on my 5k and I had the two carbs rebuilt .

Started it last week and runs fine but noticed while idleing it drips out of the back carb but not the front one .ive played with the mixture screw to try and get the front one to leak the same but can't!(the jets)

Is that normal? I'm running a vortex electic fuel pump which is rated at 4-6 psi

Sounds like the float needle might be a little stuck, or incorrectly adjusted(I've never pulled an aisin carb apart so not sure if there adjustable).

 

Could try giving it a light tap with a small rubber mallet around the float bowl area. This worked a treat for my old rm250 dirk bike if it sat for a while.

What drips out of the back of the carb and why would you want the other to do it? Carbs shouldn't leak anything.

I'm talking about the jets

Mine never leaked out of the jets.
