Urgent : 80-83 Te Crossmember Same As 74-79 Crossmember?

Hey Folks

 

I've contacted a parts puller from the US to pull a crossmember from a

salvage yard for me, but before I make final arrangements, I found a

crossmember from a 83 corolla on ebay. anyone knows if that has the

same dimensions as the TE37 ones ?

If you knew the model numbers would be easier to say. But a TE71 won't be the same. You need a TE31.

yeah they will be different. Need one from a TE3X. Not sure about TE5X?

te3x and te5x are all mechanicaly the same. te7x got wider.
