Yes, look up 4AGE into KE10, exactly the same process apart from wiring.

I've personally driven a ke20 with a 4ac which had a weber, mild head plain and tube headers.. Have to say, It did not need a 4age..

It hauled ass for a $300 conversion and only thing i'd say it needed was a better diff ratio. 4age is *a lot* more money and mucking around for something it doesn't need..

Yeah thats what I was thinking and ive been in a ke17 sprinter with a 4ac in the mainland and definitely had the power. I'm not the biggest expert but I know my way around a car but what would I need to complete the conversion?? Cheers dean

Would I be able to use the standard ke10 gearbox or would i have to go with a t50 or k50

Have to go to t50

4AC comes with a T50 (or auto) so see if you can find someone wrecking an AE71 and grab it.
