Ke70 Cuts Out When I Turn On Lights. Help

well lads my dx keeps cutting out when i turn on the lights or the heating but will go grand again as soon as i turn them off. I'm after checking all the earths and they all seem fine but I'm guessing theres something crossed and taking all the power from my flue pump ? anyone have any ideas or suggestions that would help sound lads badly stuck

 

its an 1980 dx ke70 with full 4a-ge running gear

You stuck a multimeter on the battery when it's running to see how many Volts it's producing?

ya man getting about 14.69 volts and even swapped alternators just incase and still no good

Do you have a wirng diagram for it, both the original KE70 and how the 4AGE was patched into it??

 

..and did it run fine before this or are you just wiring it up before driving it with the new motor??
