Hi, been looking at what engine I can swap into a ke30 or 55, I was wanting to go the whole CA/SR route but I came across an audi 5 cylinder and it got me thinking about throwing it in a rolla. A bit of customization is obviously going to be involved.

 

Only thing is I'm not sure on dimensions yet. if anyone can chime in on the dimensions of the engines bays that would be helpful but I'll keep searching around.

Being that the Audi and Volvo 5cyl are quite close, you may find some info regarding size in here.

RWD gearbox will be the most expensive part and more than likely it will need custom manifolds.

 

The howl the 5cyls make is unbeatable.

It will cost you far less to do a CA swap and will take less time and will be easier to put in. On the other hand you will make more horsepower with the Audi TTRS engine
