How to i get this chrome trim off?

You Undo the nuts on the inside. I think about 8mm from the top of my head.

There usually rusted and easily broken. so spray lots of WD40, so good luck.

The door trim carefully prise up a bit at a time from the window side

 

thanks. the chrome under the rear side window i removed last night. undid the nuts but all the clips on the chrome was gone because of rust. i have not tried the door trim yet. I'm afraid to break it :)

Prise it up gently with a screwdriver or any odd tool you want to make for it. The steel clips grip the door seam with a couple of one-way teeth.
