I am getting a 82 ke70 but have to wait till summer holidays and the car is 6 hours from my hometown and would like to know what a stock engine looks like.p.s got it for a canadian dollar. any stock type for that year its a sedan.

Matt put 2 photos of 4A-C engines in there, I don't know why when you only asked for a 4K-C engine photo..

 

4A-C air cleaner is on the drivers side of the car, 4K-C air cleaner is on the passenger side of the car.

If you are sitting in the car looking into the engine bay! :P

From the front the air cleaner should be the right hand side for a 4k! The easiest way to tell is by the timing cover.... the black round cover on the front of the engine! Thats a 4ac...... The 4k doesnt have it......

People say the phrase Ke70 so loosely, as a term meaning anything in the *e7* range - hell, in Canada, i wouldn't be surprised if it was a Te71 with a 3T :P - and yes, i got pics of them too, if u need it :)

I just assumed because he said KE70 that it was a K motor..
