ancullen Posted March 25, 2008 Report Posted March 25, 2008 How to pull a 4A-GE out of an AE82 with front end damage: Excuse the tiny images - I've got a new phone and hadn't reset the image size yet. We ended up using an angle grinder and cutting through one strut tower and the side of the car so we could pull the radiator and front end away from the exhaust manifold. Next weekend I'll be taking the diff out of my blue KE55 and taking it to Sims. Then I've got to sort through all my loose parts and take excess stuff to the tip.

ancullen Posted March 25, 2008 Report Posted March 25, 2008 Why do you have to take the sc off??? Or is it because it's so tight in the AW11 engine bay?
ae174agze Posted March 25, 2008 Report Posted March 25, 2008 dam i wish me engine was here and how long do you'd think it will take to wire up mtx 8 with a lume already made for 4age ?? and where to take it :D and wheres the best place to get it tuned cheers fellas
wasfishing Posted March 25, 2008 Report Posted March 25, 2008 yea coz there is not enough room between the sc an chassis rail

wasfishing Posted March 25, 2008 Report Posted March 25, 2008 sumthing like that, 95mm fixed pulley, will be good wen its on i think maybe
ancullen Posted March 25, 2008 Report Posted March 25, 2008 dam i wish me engine was here and how long do you'd think it will take to wire up mtx 8 with a lume already made for 4age ?? and where to take it :D and wheres the best place to get it tuned cheers fellas Hi Tech for all your Microtech needs. And the 95mm pulley should give 14psi, plus because it has no clutch it will give boost at all rpm, even from idle. :hmm:
wasfishing Posted March 25, 2008 Report Posted March 25, 2008 ill make u idle that high in a minute :D apparently it will idle fine
