  2. hello peoples just fitted a t series diff out of a ta22 i think, well pretty sure anyway into my ke30 2dr, i have previously fitted a ke55 tailshaft, huge compared to a ke30 tailshaft anyhow after fitting the diff i realised the tailshaft needed to be shortened because the t series center is longer (SPEWIN) so getting it shortened tomorrow for $120. don't know why this happened, i thought all u have to do is swap brackets, mounts etc?? any1 come acrosss this issue?
  3. hi i need a diff to fit my ke30 it need to be strong enough for 4age 20v please some1 help can't seem to find any1 in vic area who can modify :bash: any1 knows any1 or any1 has something like that for sale? thanks guys!!!!

  5. anyone know what the best size trumpets to use on a 20vST and where i van buy from vic area melbourne, shepparton anywhere?? anyone have some for sale?? keeping in mind i have about 90atw, if that makes a difference in trumpet size, thanks peeps!
  6. ive heard of people using r31 discs on t series diffs, ill prob do the same thing but ofcourse needs a bit of work to fit.

  8. finally got the rolla booked with an engineer next monday so holding off everything, diff front brakes etc, he told me he is gonna go over the whole car and then give me a list of what to do hmmm should be interesting :))
  9. what about turbo charging most likely a garrett t3/t4 or t4? same issues or...? i already have after market ecu cost me bout 3500 it has 90atw my mechanic says to leave internals for now, whats a better option supercharged or turbocharged?
  10. ok thanks trev, what about the sc12 then I'm currently bidding on one on ebay, don't wanna get it if it doesnt work properly on 20v. i read somewhere that the silvertop has some same internals though as the gze?

  15. yeah was looking at changing the cams aswell, so what your saying is to get a bt head instead of just the bt throttles? why do u need to get rid of the vvt if over 272kw unless i misunderstood? i most likely will be turboing it what needs to be done to internals other than valve springs? with the trumpets, do they have to be inside a airbox? ive spent alot on this motor already so i wanna do it right all the way. thanks for the input guys!!

  20. ok so i done some research i came up with either a 98 to 01 hilux diff or a skyline r31 diff which apparentely has the same stud pattern as a ke30 can any1 confirm?

  22. hey peeps wus happening, i have a 2dr ke30 worked 20v it has almost 100kw atw ive blown a banjo and jus yesterday i blew a borg warner I'm currently fitting in a ta22 diff or T series and somehow doubt it will last what is the best option hilux skyline etc etc any sort of in put would be good better yet if anyone has a diff for sale plz let me know via this thread 0r pm cheers boyz n gals!
  23. hey mate i have the same project just got it on the road i have custom extactors 2inch exhaust autronics ecu on the dyno it made 90kw atw awsome power, i raced my mates VL turbo i was ahead in 1st 2nd and 3rd gear, next thing i might do is lighten the fly wheel and bolt on black top throttles as the are a few mm bigger. eventually i will be doing a turbo set up aiming to get about 200 to 250 atw.
