GAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!
I saw this last night and I thought it was one of those things that needed time to display. But I logged onto the bank again tonight and still nothing. Who transfered funds and didn't fill out any kind of a description?? Seriously guys, all I ask is that you identify yourself. Now I have to chase around trying to find you.
NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!
KE30's are different. They apparently had multiple mounts. Either auto and manual, or K series and T series as they were made in Japland.
I do say try a whole KE70 box tho. It should come up though the auto shifter hole.
All KE3x's pre mid 1977 had the once piece dash, after mid 1977 they all had the two piece dash.
So thats KE30, KE35 & KE36.
They are interchangeable. So what does your car have?? I'd assume if they look the same, they are the same.
There is no excuse for not having this done during the break!! :bash: So mine will be done by the end of Jan?? :y:
Mad I too would love to know how to weld. My cars would thank me for it. And Plastic weld!! I could only imagine what I could get upto with that skill. Like welding the broken pillar covers back together. mmm.
If you have something else to be driving around don't rush it. I say take your time and get the right finish. The end result will be worth the wait and time.
And what look are you going for?? Classic, old school, or modern?? Hows your interior?? What are you planning for a sound system??
And yes, go the 30!! They are way hotter than KE55s'!!
Okay, I saw the mock up this afternoon and WoW!!!!!!!! They'll be sending me a copy in an email so I'll show you hopefully tomorrow. Its well worth the extra Artist fees I paid for :bash:
So they said it should be complete ready for posting around the 10th of Jan.
Auto and manual speedo cabled are different on the box end. KE70 speedo cabled are different on the speedo end. Tho you could take two to a speedo cable repair shop and they'll make you a franken-cable.
