my last ke70 i painted matt black well tractor black didnt dilute it down very much painted the pillars and roof white the good thing about it is when you scratch the paint bunnings matt black fills the scratches great you can hardly tell but it does scratch easy

thanks mate and i did search wiki, google and here but could not find it by the time i found that page i had enough and didnt scroll down far enough and if u think that way why reply but any way do you think that (i have a stock 4k and 4 speed) that the gain swapping to a stock 5k and 5speed which i have is worth doin just for now anyway.(till i figure out which one i want to do up)

can someone tell me y people change from hydrolic to solid lifters wats the point

maybe might look at that oneday but i have what i have at that will do for now but also anyone know where to get a manifold(turbo) got quoted 850 and 950 from two exhaust shops or is that the going rate

cheers guys , so if the 4k has more combustion in the head would that be better suited on the 5k with dished pistons when i go to turbo the motor as the compression should be low

just picked up a bargain from work today {bundamba wreckers} ke70 with a 5k so now i have a ke70 {5k} and an update ke70 {4k} so far i have 3 engine ideas these are turbo 4k turbo 5k turbo 5k with 4k head this idea because bloke i know has this motor n/a and after shaving 100 thou of the head has compression around 10 -11 to 1 is what he told me so far i only know what ive been told about the k engine so help is definatly needed and yes i did fail english so don't mind the spelling

a bloke i know has not long built a motor for his ke55 4k bottom end 5k head taking 100 thou off the head using dished pistons double row timming chain mild cam had the head worked and the list goes on any way he said he found all the specs here somewhere don't know if I'm looking in the wrong spot or what please help me

I'm pretty sure ae86 have a front wheel drive offset so would probly rub on the inside
