Was a central coast car, my mate owned it maybe 4 or 5 years ago and sold it to some bloke in Umina, which then must have sold it to your mate. don't no anything else about though.

One of my mates used to own this thing, wondered where it ended up.

This was my old wagon, not many modified ones around either which is what i loved about it. May give you something to think about.

Hi guys, my names nick and this is my KE55 sedan. Picked it up a few moths ago from a elderly lady. Engine has no leaks and is very solid, 4 speed is very tight along with the diff. The body has a few spots of rust which I'm reparing now. Plans for it is to repair the rust, re-spray in original colour, lower it, sports exhaust new lights etc, just to make it a tidy cruiser. Only bought it to replace my ss ute from daily duties, spent to much money on it and now it only see's weekend cruises lol. Will keep you posted as it comes together. And I'm chasing parts, tail lights, number plate lights, gutter trims. Let me no what else you have to, might have overlooked a few things. Cheers Nixon.

I would also like to no the colour code of my ke55. Most of it has rubbed of the engine plate. Its a dark moroon/brown colour.

Cheers for the reply, I wil have to check when it starts to move tomorrow and maybehave a play around with it to see if i can get it back in the right spot. As for the fuel gauge, ill take it to my auto elec tomorrow and see what he says. Hopefully the wiring has fallen out along the way and i wont have to pull the ank out.

Hey guys picked myself up a ke55 sedan today for cheap, only problem is the fuel gauge is not working but the temp is. Did a search and found that the resistors can be faulty on the back of the speedo. Is that what this could be, or somethng else? Also the speedo doesnt sit on 0 when stopped, sits on about 30km/h, could this have something to do with it, or a separate problem?

Even if you do plugs, leads, cai for the money you would spend you might get 2kw. Not worth it bud. Best thing to do would be a full exhaust if you wanted to, but even then, it would be a very small increase in power.
