Got any vids of your 5k setup? Sounds cool. Yeah Will be boosting the 4age. How much are those exhaust mani's on ebay. Never real used ebay. Aiming for 150kw to start with and build it up from there.

99% sure you can't since it's a sohc.

Hydro clutch shouldn't be a problem. Will just use a vl fuel pump as i have one sitting at homme. Engine came with loom and ecu. Nice car btw bud.

They will bolt straight in. They are standard have just been extended. Makes you have awesome lock. Must have if your into drifting.

$5000 that's abit step. Ive seen them done for next to nothing. I can mount the for age mounts on the standard cross member. Custom make gbox mount. Only problems diff and driveshaft. What other problems do you think ill face?

Ok well got my 5k running and it's not quite what i'm after. After owning a 20valve levin that went like hell. Ive purchased a ae86 4age. I'm looking at either turbo charging it or running it on carbys. Whats everyone's thoughts?

Hey mate. Yeah ive got a rover 200 sitting at home with a buggered g box. and the efi gear off it looks pretty easy to mod to fit a 4k. ohhhhh hks 2530 would be very nice. How much will that set you back? Thanks mate. :cool:

I put twin carbs on my old 4k with a set of extractors and it made it go alot better. Its a good start if you want to upgrade. You wouldn't want to pay more than $150 for them tho.

I'm in nz. I'm using ae86 coil overs with nz made billspeer nuckles for extra lock. In the back i have reset leave and also added more leaves with hard shocks not sure what they out of. Locking at c-notching it to make it extra low. Cheers!

it may have been just moisture from the engine sitting outside. I brought it off a guy who had it sitting in a bath tub for a few months. There is a bit of corrosion in the water jackets but doesn't seem to be to bad. I took head off and gave it a good clean and the top of block a good clean. ill Flucsh it with some cheap oil then see how it goes. Fingers crossed. Thanks for the help.
