  4. hi boyz, just got a ke 20 auto (beggers can't be choosers) and want to change the box over to a manual, is it hard to fit a cluch pedel and is the drive line overly diffrent?? :)

  7. well i ran a wanted add in the quokka for standard engine parts. and i have a few irons in the fire, camshaft enginring has two jigs , one a stage two mild grind or a stage four WILD grind based on the serria cosworth. maybe i just get both :D
  8. good advice, but there is not alot a choice in WA. this one is word of mouth only and i have not seen many at all. :D
  9. well , i too though it was the fuel pump. then i found out that the standard fuel pump puts out 4-9 psi of fuel presuse, and sidedrafts only like 2-4 psi. so i put a fuel presure reg on it. made a differance. but i feel its a tuning issue still :D
  10. hiya i am thinking of buying a ke 20 with damaged door and missing light above rear number plate. dinged rear fenders, a few other bits. honestly am i bitting off more than i can chew, are there some parts out there? cheers chris

  14. well i took it to get the rear muffler changed of a two inch sports, so that i can try out thomo idea of the stuffed muffler. :D

  16. wont re grinding weaken the camshaft and shorten it's life? :D
  17. i just read the "FAQ" on a tuff 4k-c and i want/need to get a cam, but is a new one is avalabe and how much?
  18. when i bolted the head on the engine had just come back from being re bored and dippin' and so it was as clean as a whistle. why would having the carbi out of tune allow the motor to run at 4000rpm when hot and idle normally but rough cold??? :D can some one please tell me how to post a pic? i can't seem to be able to do it?

  21. ok, so if the vacuum hoses fell off it would make that happen? oh it only did this once it get to temp
  22. the guy i brought it from just cleaned the sidedrafts , and it was rev to 4500
  23. the timing is set to 8btdc on ilde and the compretion test showed 1150 i each, but a new problem showed up to day, took the car on a longer drive and the revs keeped on climbing up at idle. and it realy ran on today, so much that i had to stall her to stop. :D i just replaced the timing chain and i set it to the "gregory's manual" specs
