Hey people, Three weeks ago a bloke at my work liked my red ke70 and told me him and his wife owned one, etc and gave it to their daughter two years ago cause they didn't want it anymore so asked about it and he said they still had. I didn't know what to expect cause he said it was badly rusted, ball joints were worn, etc etc. So I went to the address and I was shock on how original it was. They told me everything about the car and what had been done to it and that they wanted to get rid of it cause it was costing them money, the funny thing was when I was viewing they said if I didn't buy it they were going to take it to sims. So I offered them $250 for it and they accepted. So here are pictures of the car before washing it The Bad points are the boot is rusty near the fuel sender unit, fuel filler cap. The good points are its never been touch its all original. it also had new tyres put on it, new battery, rego, full history from 1984 with full service history and it had been serviced at the start of the year. And it still has the original dealer sticker on the back window. The only thing I've done to it so far is washed it, cleaned the engine bay and put mags on it. So I don't know what to do with it so I like some opinions cause I'm doing my red one and u don't see many original one around. Thanks for viewing.

Hey people, I'm James and I have a red ke70. I bought the keseventy near the start of the year, mainly as something new and my mates were saying they were the best and I was like couldn't be, so long story short decided to buy one. I bought it crashed, the bloke hit a kangaroo coming home from VIctor Harbour, when I first asked about it it wasn't so I got pictures of it before and after. When I saw it I new what my mates were talking about. I got the car with no stereo, etc for $500 but got it with a Strut brace, tacho dash and Supra seats. I drove the car from Marion to Para Hills crashed passing seven police cars. ( Shit myself everytime cause it was loud and crashed and starting to become dark). When I got home I susessed the car some more and found various features such as the webber carby that was on it. It sat crashed in my front yard for 2 weeks cause I was slowly collecting new panels, paint and cs x features (various trips to u pull it). While I was taking it apart I pulled the tinted rear lights off and put normal lights on, found out it had 14" inch hotwires (Jackpot) painted black so I jazzed them up with Cyan Blue. Also the first night I drove it the front number plate fell off and I had to report it to the police which was a joke, and they said just drive it around without the plate and cause its a corolla I would get pulled over, but I got pulled over four times which I was waiting for it. I've been driving it since I fixed it and had some problems like the starter motor was wired wrong and the webber which I switch to a stock carby for better fuel economy and for choke in the mornings. but I have some more parts I'm going to put on it such as - Spirit Wing -JDM Tail Lights - XT130 Struts (Converting them to Coilovers) - Ke55 LCAs or maybe Sigma ones - Engine components (3K Bigport head, cam, etc) - Swaybars I've been on Rollaclub for about a year, so I'm not new to corollas cause I own a couple of ke55s and ke30 but this is my first Kesev so getting used to the better suspension and plus the car came with a Rollaclub sticker.
