1984 AE71 Rolla sedan resprayed white Locker. 3.9 ratio 4ac rebuilt head new stems seals valves etc. trx rims painted gloss black on front with brand new directional tyres. two welded rear swaybars rear strut brace. interior is quite clean cd player pioneer speakers 6x9. chopped falcon springs with monroe gas shocks all round. new leads plugs everything box oil diff oil the lot. extreme heavy duty cluth. new carby off low 40/000 km old 4ac runs smooth as. painted rocker cover WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! vavle clearences done WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! engine does not leak any oil and has been scrubbed extremely well. What do you think.

na paint is gonna be gloss white arcyllic with black bonet done with gun and properly prepared made good progress today whole shell striped and sanded. just starting primer.

heres whats done so far 3.9 ratio locked diff. extreme heavy duty clutch. stock 4ac%nt with rebuilt head. straight out exhaust to homo spec cannon. resprayed acrillic white as of week end. beautiful black duct taped eyelids. corona control arms. custom double welded rear swaybar. black sprayed trx rims on front with apauling offset. chopped ea pedders falcon springs all round with monroe gas shocks bumpy as. custom strut brace cumstom bucket seat (stock seat with foam chopped out) works well. removed sound deadning. painted rocker cover WOW!! all electrical components replaced. at the moment car is export spec panda matt black and silver horrible paint only considered and done due to faded roof bonnet and boot lid. also hardly any rust. Future mods. 4age conversion when i get money. new bushes all round. proper good shocks that actually work 8kg and 6kg springs adj panhard rod front bigger swaybar seam weld shell good strut braces bucket seats half cage t18 rear end with 4:1:1 POWER.. PICS UP AFTER PAINT JOB IS DONE.

Yeah i didnt relise that the 4A-C had a external regulator. I changed it and its now all good. Cheers for the help.

yeah my 4ac was overhaeting bad the problems were a blocked radiator corroded head sticky thermostat heavy scale build up in the block. broken water bump and housing it was ridicoulous but now solved i got a radiator core flush and block flush it cost about $150 dollars but worked a treat.

i have a annoying problem with the alternator the damn thing doesnt seem to be charging i have replaced the alternator and the wiring loom and still the charge light continues to stay on and the battery drains dead. ive tried various solutions like changing fuses and another brand new battery and still nothing. CHEERS.
