  1. Thanks for all the help guys, problem was the offset of the steering arms. Changed back to the xt arms and now have plenty of clearance.

Cheers guys, so it sounds like it's the offset of the arms that are giving me the problem as there is no clearance at all in any wheel position. so I've got some new struts coming this week and I'll grab the arms aswell.would ncrcas work? On same topic I'm going to convert the other struts to coilover any thoughts on best products around I've read otomoto is the go.
  3. Hi guys I know this has been talked about many times, but recently I have put some xt130 struts into my ke30 2dr and have come across a clearance issue with the lcas and the brake rotor. I'm running stock lcas and 86 steering arms but the lcas are rubbing on the rotor. Is there something I'm missing or does anyone have any ideas as to why or what I need to do. Thanks in advance for any help
  4. Can anyone tell me if ke20 and 30 leafs are interchangeable, I am looking at resetting my k30 leafs but the shop has a new set of 20 leafs he said I can have for cheap, will they fit? Thanks
  5. Good question I think it is the later one, it's got 22 spline output
  6. Thanks mate, I have a Borg Warner in mine already so thats no problem, all I need is the front yoke too suit a t50 gearbox but I'm having trouble sourcing a tailshaft any thoughts? Cheers
  7. Hey Banjo is the 55 diff a straight bolt in for the ke30 2dr? Or is it necessary to move spring mounts etc
  8. I don't have any hence the reason I ask, but if you haven't seen any significant problems then I will just see how it goes. It's only n/a so won't be huge amount of hp. Cheers guys
  9. Hey guys do you have to use the 4ag engine to gearbox mounts or is it ok to run without them?
  10. From what I have read the bore size on both is 23.81, but the 62 looks like the one in the pic and the 12 on eBay seems to have the outlets on the side

  13. This build has been awesome to follow you have some exceptional skills, I am currently restoring a ke30 2dr myself although not to the extent you have! Wondering do you have any original parts that you would sell, I've been looking for the chrome gutter trim but not been able to get any also a dash in good condition doesn't have to be perfect but the less cracks the better, mine is terrible. Good luck with the rest of the build

  17. Will I need upgrade my master cylinder for the hilux calipers, if so is 1inch to large?
  18. Just wondering if I need to upgrade master cylinder size for a hilux caliper conversion in ke30 if so is a 1inch to large or will that be ok. Cheers

  21. Has anyone got xt130 or ra40 lower control arms and steering knuckle for sale, I have a complete rebuilt set of struts with hilux brake for the k30 just need the last piece of the puzzle and I am having trouble getting them, any help would be great cheers

  24. Hi guys probably been asked a thousand times, are the standard fuel lines in the ke30 large enough to run surge tank or am I better off running a new feed and using the existing as a return line? Cheers
  25. I've done a bit of research today and now I'm leaning towards ae alloy rad from eBay few people seem to be using them without problems.
