A junior licence is available for those between 12 and 17 inclusive. You need to be 12 years to compete in Motorkhana, and 14 to compete in Khanacross, unless you have competed in motorkhana before. Cost $44 (Junior $22) so this is what i would be after?

may i ask for cams is there an age limmit or any thing? if not how do i go about getting them?

on my camry i need to know where the negitive is as it has an inbuilt coil there are 2 pairs of wires coming out of it there is a blue wire (it goes into a little green conector thingy) and a red wire, then there is a black wire and a black with a red stripe on it if anyone can help it will be much appriciated.
