my ae82 is stuffed again need to strip the motor down and get the head and block cracked tested and if there good ill ge them faced and put back together as its shooting water out the radiator like a water fountin

thanks for that one thing i have learnt the more you put into the preperation stage the better the result you get but i still hate it

cheers for that. update the shell bonnet and bootlid is all painted now i painted it today so now i just have to repair the right hand side front qaurter panel and prime it and guide coat it and the same to the doors and sand back the left hand side front quarter then paint it. then put the motor in and if the crossmember dosent fit ill custom make the crossmember then ill be able to have that in and if the tailshaft is too long ill get it shortern then bolt it in and take it for a spin can't wait pics up after

update this weekend is going to be awesome weather so I'm going to be spraypainting it so now I'm just sanding it back to get it ready to spray

i did speedway just finished it i say give it a full rebuild get the speedway camshaft grind a 3k bigport head shaved 60thou and rebuilt and get your carbie and exhaust tuned to that and yeah goes good and try and get different ratio diff that help heaps for different tracks

new update: got a lot of work done to it today almost got the hole car primed now just got a few more spots that need sanding and filling before i can prime i let the pics do the talking. and if anyone has a fuel tank, gearbox and a tail shaft can you please send me a pm cheers max pics

new update: over the weekend i got my rear quarter panel done didn't get to work on it Sunday so i couldn't get the other one done witch sucked i sanded back all the white paint then filled low spots cleaned it sprayed primer filler then sprayed the guide coat pics:

hopeing this weekend but don't think so no later then 3 weeks

creamy colour I'm hoping that it will look good I'm going for a mirror finish
