  1. KE30/55 never came with chrome grills, but it can be done . unfortunatly its very expensive and theirs not to many people chroming plastic. Be prepared to pay close to $1000 to plastic chrome an intire grill. My cusin got his 4 KE20 light sourrounds done cost him $800.

  2. Hi all,

i used RA60 celica struts and brakes on my KE30, they fit easy but you have to use celica steeing arm on corolla control arm so that its a bolt on fit. The problem then is positive camber . i actually got the standard ke30 steering arms illongated 3mm by an engineer so that when all bolted up i now have negetive camber. bolt hole spacing on ke30 and RA60 steering arms are 3mm out. my ke30 stops well considering they are 255mm rotors but have large single piston caliper. ive got an fj20 turbo motor making around 300hp ( wheels ) and it stops well.

RA60 celica brakes on to KE30 . Corolla steering arm bolt holes are 3mm in compared to celica, i got an engineer to put some sleeves in 3mm out or you can use celica steering arm for bolt on fit, only problem is positive camber.

very nice car mate, why do you want sell it. new project ?

how much power you making kw's , what turbo?

  6. oh my lord that is like the woman of my dreams in a car,

what exacly did the rims come off? i didnt know there were 15" skyline chassers?

Thanks man I'm glad you find her attractive, she is hard to resist. The rims are from an r31 skyline they are the spare wheel in a siluette or Ti.

  7. Brakes are about the most important thing on the car as far as safety goes, as far as I am concerned there is no such thing as overkill on brakes. I'd rather spend thousands on brakes and KNOW that my car will pull up, than be a tight ass and hope for the best as I come screaming into a corner

  8. thats good news. i have actually seen the table in a rule book which works out maximum engine size for certain weight cars, at but it may be out of date.

its strange that the rules have become more relaxed and not tightened up.

i wonder if that means rotaries into ke20s in NSW again!?

    Hi guys,

just wanted to add to this topic, my cusin built his ke20 about to years ago with 180sx sr20det engine and box, it only just passed but is fully engineered by RTA prefered engineer ( conselmotive ) in sydney their are now a few ke20's with SR's going around. In other words its defenetly possible, he managed to run 11.9 with hi flow T25 front mount and Apexi power fc.
