nope sa it only has to go over regency if you get an engine with greater capacity than the original and if its more than regency allow you to have. ie ke70 can go to a 1.5 ltr with out needing to go to regency. 4ac it neds to go over regency. i may have used the wrong term with engineering. i don't care I'm stoked about the engine :kiwi:
