hey guys i have readthis thread but still want some help I Have a ke55 the cars is going to be driven on street and for drifts at the moment the rear leafs are completly flipped there is no movement in the rear at all ! This is to stif and get diff bounce and all the rest I'm looking at getting another set of standard leafs but what i need to know is what do i or some need to do to them to get them prety stiff and bout 2.5 " lower then standard. do i go find some extra leafs ? flip 1 or 2 of them i just need some general ideas don't really wanna spend much money -
i went to take it back they don't have the right one so just waisted money on a useles tailshaft i need a circle one anyone have one in sa ???????

i went down to a wrecker today and went and got me a ke30 manual tailshaft for me ke55 today got home and found out that it has the wrong bit on the end to conect to me dif my diff round and shaft is square or something what can i do ??? does a auto one fit or maybe just the yolk or yea any help asap going bak tomoz

yea fiting to a 4k whith i think a 3k head or a 4k head not sure may even be putting a 5k in. ill post pics up of it so i can get some help on how to set he think up it looks in good condition. if its only 23 24 its only tiny improvment over standard or ??? is it cause its a beter carby it will work beter ?? anymore info on it would be so very much apreciated.

way of subject i now but does ae71 crosmber fit on ke55 so i could do one of the above conversions

Lol it Also BEcause i have about 4 other sets of different wheels we run like some jellybeans and another set like the ones we got on there and some cop rims lookin ones so yea. u guys think they suit the rolla. i have to finish the flares this week i reckon

hey guys i have purchased some rims 15x6 for me 55 they look really tuff but problem is on the fron the rim hits the strut by like one ml what i was thinking is can i run a 5ml spacer will this fix it as in does the wheel move closer to the strut wen driving or not ? eg if i get it so it clears by saay 4 ml wil it hit at any stage as i wanna keep thees wheels they look mad

yes its a reall bigport head from what I'm told and twin cars I'm sure ill just hit every corner hard and fast and slide throught them just want some fun it don't have to be competetive at all

ok so the 3k-b would be worth it just to get the motor if i could get it under say 300. ok so ill still lookin to getting the motor. and ill prob just take my time and built it well spend some money on it and get whatever power i can out of it. if not enough for drift ill just do some rally work i guess

i just don't have the money to do something like that but i think i have th mechaical tools to pull appart a motor and rebuilt one. i really just wanna get out there and give it a go and othere wise it just a waist of this ke its got flared guards and all hahah lol maybe it will be on the raining drift prac days ill go lol. i wanna do hydralic handbreak to whick would help.

new idea 3k head and carbs wid 5k bottom end cam extractors. i think it wil be fine the 4 k made the wheels spin so i think illbe fine if not i gjust embaras the fuk out of my self out at drift prac

thats ok to say that but i don't have the money to go forced. my idea is to go the 3k head get it ported and just cleaned up and get the head surfaced. and carbs rebuilt ? with my 4k bottom end and find or buy a nice cam for it with some extractors exaust. will this be enough to get my wheels to turn with a full spool and a very stif and lightchassis

this thread is about a year old lol. I'm curently having trouble trying to get the 1cyl to fire so ehh that y I'm looking at doing this 3k-b conversio or atleast use the head and twin carbs for my beast best bit about the car is the extreme heavy duty clutch

what I'm saying i can get my hand on 3k-b which has been rebuilt bout 30k ago has a mid range cam and twin carbs and stuf this has more toque then a 4k so wouldnt i be better or getin if for say 200 bucks then? or would i b better/cheaper buyin a decent carb for mine and getting a cam

ok well i noticed they make like 18 more hp thought it my be the way to go if i can get one cheap even if just get the hea cleaned up and ported and use the 4k and twin carbs ontop of me 4k ? ive read all that three times over but i just thought getting this twin car motor will be way cheaper then other carbs and stuff. my 55 would be pretty light i reckon no sound deadning or interior or bumpers left on it just 2 front seats

hey guys i can really find anyinfo on these motors at all on the net all i know is there about 77 hp and they are twin carb i am looking at purchasing one of these motor for my ke55 drift pig because i guessing there reasonabley cheap ? and very easy to put in to me 55 does anyone have anymore info on them what they worth ? were to get one from

redwarf thatnkyou thankyou thankyou lol completly didnt c it at all ll !!!!!!! its of now i scraped the head and the block off the head is a little bummpy not 100% smotth and a little coroded. Now a question can i know soak the head in grease and oil remover spray ???????????/
