  1. Thanks for the offer. The model KE35-KXXB doesn't seem to exist as far as the internet is concerned. I know it's an Australian built 1977 and I suspect that it's late that year but that's all I know. Would be great if I can get a month for it.
  2. G'day, I'm glad to see people still use the forums, Facebook groups suck. I did a quick search and there doesn't appear to be a thread dedicated to Toyota Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPC's), so I've started one. I've found these sites. I haven't used all of them, so I don't know how far back they go or how accurate their info is. https://toyota.epc-data.com/ http://www.japan-parts.eu/ https://toylexparts.com/ https://www.toyodiy.com/parts/ I have just re-installed the 2004 Toyota EPC with CD's: General A1 General A2 General B1 General B2 Euro A1 Euro A2 Euro B1 Euro B2 Frame F1 (Japan) Frame F1 (Overseas) Frame F2 (Overseas) Japan A1 Japan A2 Japan B1 Japan B2 Japan B3 Toyota EPC USA 2004 A1 Toyota EPC USA 2004 A2 I've also just acquired a 1997 EPC with CD's: Japan 1997 A1 Japan 1997 A2 If someone has a FTP site with more then 3.4GB, then 2004 catalogue could be shared. The 1997 catalogue is only 500MB. The reason that I'm working on EPC's is, that I'm trying to find info on my 1977 KE35. My compliance plate fell off not long after I got it (2007/2008) and the rego has the wrong details on it (original sale date, 09/1978, when the first owner purchased it from a Toyota dealer was used). I'm hunting parts again and an accurate details would make it easier. If anyone has an EPC that covers the Australian built KE3x series', I'd love to get a copy from you.
  3. I've taken the bits I needed from a KE70. The hard part is the evaporator (indoor unit). Anyone have details of fitting one in a KE3x?
  4. I always get a warm fuzzy feeling seeing an old hardtop getting restored properly :lolcry: Good work.
  5. If it's getting crushed, what condition is the rear bumper in? Any chance I could buy it if it's straight?
  6. Just cars are a rip off and should be avoided at all costs. Congrats on getting it rego'ed by the way.
  7. Hey Jip, what's the name of the wrecker. Is the car still whole enough to last till November? That's when I'll be back. It looks like there are a couple of different ways to fix this problem which is good to know.
  8. But it will be difficult for me to find another KE35 at a wreckers, that I can nick the plate off of. It may be different for Jip depending on which of his fleet lost it's plate.
  9. Going by one of the posts above, I'm guessing that it'll just cost us $100 for a mod plate if QLD Transport crack the s#!ts.
  10. Is that the wreckers out on the Warrego Highway north of Ipswich? So did you buy it?
  11. Cheers guys, you've all helped a heap.
  12. Cheers guys, thanks for the help.
  13. No, nothing at all.... Unless a Cop pulls me over for a Vehicle inspection which is unlikely, 'cause it's a stock '78 Rolla.
