so its been f@$king ages...i read the thread then and laughed at myself a few times haha. heres a quick update...pics can do the talking...I'm no longer running the quad throttle body setup, ive got a greddy copy plenum and rb throttle body. cold side cooler piping is about 250mm long haha.

i fyou want to lock your diff. then do it if you don't. go pay lots for an lsd that will do the same things you would expect from a locker. lockers are where its at.

cheers guys. got a few more things done tonight, umm bashed out my tunnel and bellhousing fits ok now, umm tomorow arvo hopefully i will have the gearbox in and make up a mount. ummm, got a few other fiddley bits sorted out got new rubber fuel lines from tank to bay, and ,modified the fuel rail a bit to fit better by cutting one of the tabs of the solid lines then bending it out and flaring the end, then with the return i got one of the turbo smart fuel reg adapters for the rail then put an elbow comign off that and now it fits nicely, still need to work out what i will do with my heater tap tho....still little worried about that, ahh, got some more vac line and conected up the brake booster vac line, ahhhh, diffs out and ill put the t series in on saturday, then i can measure up and get my tailshaft ordered. also started making my trumpets at work today, got something diferent in mind tho you will have to see it , sounds dumb when i explain it in text haha. um then pretty much after that its just wirieng and a tune and i can get out and skid haha. cheers guys, hilton.

its not that bad i did a pedal box swap and installed the master in about 2 and a half hours the other day. anything but a ca18 will be fine haha

haha, i did the same method but my springs are captive and squashed as it sits ont he ground, so i drive the car woward and back with a baseball between the gaurd and the tyre and it pushes it out perfect to allow the right clearance. yeh its gangster but works a treat! hey dude i love yoru car hey, it has a tuff stance, only thing i would add to that picture would bea bit of camber, front wheel fitment looks pretty perfect as it is so i don't recon camber tops would be the go, coz that would just pull in the top of the wheel, id say go and find yourself some corona lca's, then the top will stay similar and it will bring the bottom of the wheel otu and increase your track...probly heard this all before but yeh dude i like it! engine plans?

yo! few of you might know me duno. umm, pretty much just went to look at my members ride and turns out i don't have one. LOOOL. umm just an 82 ke70, when i got it it had a few spots of rust, fixed the bad shit still got a few little spots tho, but i don't want it perfect. umm, k some specs just got the jdm front quad headlights, they were cool once when only 5 people had them but now that everyone has them i feel like converting mine to slanty just to be different these days lol. ahh in the front ive got 86 struts and brakes with new balljoints and tierod ends to freshen it up, kyb short stroke shocks to keep it captive with 200mm spja 8kg springs, and t3 camber tops, I'm in need of more front track tho so I'm putting corona lca's in there and just neutral out the camber tops. and yeh just wound in as much castor i can with stock arms for now. and yeh just power steering arms and lock spacer and what not. in the rear its just some 4.4kg springs that were laying around at jono's with some gabriell short strokes just witn some new nolothane bushes to keep it stiff, got more 1jps springs lined up but I'm waiting until the new diffs in until i can work out what height i need for it. apart from that its nothing too special, just got daytona fixed back seats and a half cage i made, but when the sr goes in I'm taking all the inside out and finishing the full cage then put the interior in so it fits in nicely. umm, yeh on the front are 14x8 -15 formular mesh and atm got 14x9 -27 starsharks, kindly supplied by jono lol. still chasing some xr4's for the rear end, if anyones got some 9's in about -20 ish, as the new diff's a little wider. umm, got an n/a sr20 to put into it in a couple of weeks, just fiddlign around making extractors and x member and what not at the moment. its got the gtir quad throttles, light as f@$k JUN flywheel, haltech e3k computer and yeh just running the CAS setup. I'm always after parts and selling parts so if youve got something let me know you never know, and if your after something. thats about it for now reali. ill try keep this thread updated throughout the conversion. cheers! hilton.

Wheels & Tyres: 14x7.5 -5 ssr formular mash, and have some 14x8-15 for the rear coming from japan, and am planing to run those on the front and find some 8.5-25 formular mesh fo rthe rear aswell. Interior : momo steering wheel with 50mm spacer, 18spd road ranger truck shifter, daytona fixed back bucket seat with saas pasenger seat, and a rear half roll cage. Body: blue with a madhouse jdm front lip and jdm quad headlights. Other: enjoy. I'm on my mums work computer so when i am home i will post pics!
