Time for another big cruise guys. This one will be a rather more fuel efficient cruise... We will crack the BBQ open again and cook up a feast. Meet: P6 Carpark Time: 11am Date: 16th July 2006 Destination: Berrowra Waters park via galston gorge followed by an old pac run after the BBQ. Route: Quite simple really. From P6 Carpark, we will follow australia avenue down to the roundabout underneath the homebush bay drive. We will turn left at this roundabout onto homebush bay Drive. From here we will follow this all the way until we hit the Pacific HWY turnoff. We follow this road PAST the newcastle FWY entry point until a set of lights where we make a right and continue along the Pacific HWY. When We reach Hookhams Corner, we make a left onto Galston Road. This will take us all the way along until we hit Galston Gorge. After we come up the other side of the gorge, we will make a right hand turn onto Arcadia Rd. This road will then turn into Bay rd and just before we reach Berrowra waters there is a BBQ picnic park where we will stop and crack open the snags. After lunch, for the diehard fans, we will cross the water and continue along Berrowra Waters Rd until we hit the Pacific Hwy where we will take a left and complete an Old Pac Run. For those who wish to leave, when you hit the Pacific Hwy, make a left and then your first right will take you onto the sydney turnoff onto the Freeway and I'm sure you all know your way home from there. Promises to be a good day with hopefully good weather, but just bring a jacket incase. The more corollas, the merrier the cruise will be  Sausage sizzles - $2.50 Cans of Drink - $1 Whos coming? ORO11A

The Day was great. Couldnt have asked for better weather. Not a cloud in the sky but wasnt hot either. BBQ and drinks ran smoothly other than the electric BBQ's being a bit slow. Old pac run was a bit slow for some but cruisy for others. All in all there was about 50 cars or a touch over. Nice bunch of people all shared a laugh. No troubles from the cops or anything which is always a plus. Plenty of pics can be found on http://www.twincam.org/forums/index.php?sh...pic=17134&st=90 Thanks to all for the turn out... heres to the next one! Cheers, Cameron. -

Ok guys its coming up and its going to be great! Please take the time to read this update. Please note down the route that we are taking so knowone gets lost however its very easy. We have decided to take basically the same route as first intended. However we will now not go on the f3 at all. We will turn onto Australia Avenue and turn left at the roundabout along Homebush bay drive. We will continue this for a short while and turn left at the Pacific HWY exit. We will follow this road all the way past the f3 entry andf turn right at the following lights. This will take is through to Berrowra without the F3. Regroup at the start of the old pac, we will follow the old pac all the way which will take us through to gosford. We are going to have a regroup point just before the gosford exit on the freeway (near an industrial area along the old pacific), so we will have leading cars so just keep an eye out. We please ask that everyone DO NOT DRIVE LIKE IDIOTS and whoever does so will be asked to leave. SRC will be holding a small BBQ for eveyone if they wish. Prices will be: Sausage sandwhiches. $2.50 for non members $2.00 for members Drinks $1 each. Upon the day depending on the turnout ofcourse, if there is in excess of 70 cars then we MAY change final location to fit all cars but i went to terrigal today and it should be fine and glen will be up there nice and early to check it all out for us. Also a note... there will be no official fuel stops. Due to the number of the cars its just going to be too hard. So Please have a full tank of fuel at the meet as we will not be stopping for everyone. Thanks guys should be a great day, don't forget to bring your CB radios for channel 16. See you all this sunday! -

Hey guys. I am organising a cruise hoping for a get together and show the public what corolla's sound like in hopefully a pack of in excess of 40 cars. There will be a big number represented from Twincam.org and Sydney Rolla Club.com. We want as many people as possible to come to this cruise and if you don't have a corolla then f#####g buy one. Alrighty thinking... Date: Sunday 2nd April Time: 10:30am Meet for 11:15 depart @ P6 carpark, homebush. Destination: Terrigal Beach/Terrigal Area Ok from P6 we well go onto Australia ave and then hook a left onto Homebush bay drive. Follow this to the Pacific Highway exit which we will turn left. We will follow this road till a right hand turn is made onto the main freeway. We will follow this until the Berrowra Exit on the freeway, which will take us through the old pacific highway run. Then we will follow it through to gosford for some good moving shots near the water. Then follow it through to terrigal which isnt hard, just follow the signs. Post interest. Looking For Work

thanks guys. yeah I'm proud of that table. it has a lot more detail that people think. My joints are spot on flush and square...even tho thier butt joints on the top, if thier done right, its outstanding the finish. one detail not many people notice is that the top has 2 layers. i have butts on the top showing end grain and mitres underneath that i laminated to the top. but yeah people don't really know how i did the flutes in the legs either  anywayz cheers fellas, if u hear anythin gimme a buzz -
Hey all, Basically a thread to gain attention if anyone knows or has any jobs avaliable in thier business. You could say its a desperate attempt, but its not ...its just merely an attempt to improve my chances of getting one asap. Ok basically i do want to steer into the trade, for obvious reasons, you cannot go wrong with a trade. But if anyone knows or has any non-trade job that they know of post up, i'll check it out. Umm...currently completin my hsc, doing - english, general maths, woodwork, IPT, modern history and religion (compulsory :D). Umm things I'm good with. Well basically just good with my hands, working practically. Always good at woodworking, my final year 12 project is in here somewhere, shows my capabilites. I also know a bit about mechanics and always out on my car doin stuff and interested to learn depending on the right circumstances. I'm also good with electrics, done certain things with my car and also helped a mate re-wire up his LPG tank etc etc as well as i know abit about circuits. I'm really good with electrical equipment and appliances and how to run them, set them up, fix them...pretty basic really. I'm also good with computers in terms of using them, working and fixing out problems, i made my own computer and know a bit about programming. So trade looks the way to go, but if anyone has any suggestions or ideas then post away. Cheers and thanks in advance... Cameron my woodwork: And for the record, just beeing working at woolies for the past 3 years often finding myself doing management duties due to poor "managemenet OF management"... i was offered department manager twice but obviously turned down due to school.

The 2nd Annual Toyotafest Car Show

yeah it was bloody hot, but better than rain :D good day, good people... -
MEGACRUISE Toymods wasn't able to have a mega cruise last year due to other commitments but this year we'll be holding the official 3rd Mega Cruise. this is one of toymods biggest cruises, some hi-lights are: *going straight over the harbour bridge (in a pack of about 100 cars) *North Head lookout (it's one of the best views in Sydney) and with the final destination being Palm Beach how can you go wrong What: MEGACRUISE III Where: Homebush Bay Olympic Park, Carpark P6, just off Australia Ave near Homebush station. When: Sunday, 23rd October, Meet at 9:30 for 10:00AM leave Cost: sausage sandwiches $2 members, $2.50 non-members & drinks $1 and about $5 for parking From the Homebush meeting point we head down Australia Ave & turn LEFT onto Homebush Bay Drive. From there we head north for about 10 minutes then we'll turn right onto Victoria rd. We'll travel along victoria rd heading south/east towards the city, crossing Gladesville bridge, then Iron Cove bridge, then follow Vic rd to the left and over Glebe Island bridge. Now this is the fun bit, cos if you take a wrong turn, you could end up in the middle of the city. We're going to follow Victoria rd (which becomes the western distributor) 'round to the left, heading north, & go straight over the harbour bridge. It would be stupid stopping in the city, it would be to hectic with a big group of cars. So after we cross the harbour bridge, we need to keep to the left and take the second exit on the left, which is Falcon st, where we turn right. We follow this rd through neutral bay & mosman, down over the spit bridge, WATCHING OUT FOR THE MANY SPEED CAMERAS, and then we take a right at the first set of lights after the spit bridge, which takes us towards manly. Before we go through manly, we going to have our halfway stop at North Head. We're gonna turn right at Belgrave st, then a left onto east esplanade, left onto Ashburner then right onto Darley rd, which takes us up to the North Head lookout. For those that haven't been here, it's one of the best views in Sydney. Once we've all regrouped, we'll head back down Darley rd, turn right at the first set of lights, then left onto the Manly foreshore. Follow this rd to the fist set of lights, turn left then the first right onto Pittwater rd. Follow Pittwater up to Warringha rd where we turn left, follow that to Forest Way where we turn right. Follow Forest way up to Mona Vale rd, turn right, then we'll pull over up the long stretch for a real quick regroup. Back on Mona Vale rd, we take a left at the first set of lights, and right at the roundabout just after the lights. This rd we follow down through Church Point & Bayview, until we meet up with Barrenjoey rd, where we turn right and begin the final leg of the cruise. We'll follow Barrenjoey road all the way up to Palm Beach, where we should be able to find some parking, even if we have to spread out a bit. There's a nice big picnic area with plenty of tables and BBQs where we'll be selling sausage sandwiches $2 members, $2.50 non-members & drinks $1, and have time to talk & check out each others rides. NOTE: Parking tickets are required at our final destination, at a cost of $5-$6 not too sure (which is for 4hours). On the day I will have maps & directions to hand out, and we will also be tuned into channel 16 on our faithfull CBs. So come along & enjoy the fun, have a feed & cruise some great roads. See you all there! A Big thanks to Big Worm who lead the last Mega Cruise and who's directions I've stolen for this one. Cheers Craig. **All info is taken from Toymods Car Club**
