a mazda b1800 ute diff is very close to the right length. i have one in the for sale section. the reason why people run all these other small diffs with no problems is because they are locked. a properly locked centre eliminates the star gears and pin. this is the weakest link in any diff. it is very hard to break the remaining bits without excessive torque (or abuse). :D

nah. go the nissan sr. bigger motor just as light. excellent and easy fit in the rolla engine bay and way more potential power!

i have a strong diff for sale if anyone is intersted. it is a mazda b1800 diff with falcon ea brakes to suit a ke30 55 . it has been 4 studded ect. bolt in. except for tailshaft.

i have seen many conversions of falcon brakes onto alot of different cars. the main advantage is that the handbrake works off the calipers rather than an inner drum. the conversion often involves machining though.

i have ta22 celica seats in my ke30. they bolt straight up to corolla rails with 1 hole drilled. theey are way better because u sit much much lower in the car. i am over 6 ft and have alot of clearance from the roof.
