  1. Seat, pedal box, gear box and engine plate and bell housing are all mounted. The engine plate will be tied in with the roll cage and will be setup in accordance with the diff and tailhaft angles as required. Should hopefully be back a rolling chassis in 4-6 weeks. Just need to finish carbon doors and bonnet, then i am down to the nittyy gritty, and detailed work. Not to mention wiring and more wiring, switches and looms etc etc. all good fun!
  2. All packed up and ready for some serious fabrication work to begin... Let the good times roll......
  3. How much work was it to convert to spindle mount front wheels? Also if you don't mind me asking, what struts and springs are you running with the spindles? Are you running a strange or wilwood front brake kit? Thanks Rowan
  4. 9 inch, liberty clutchless. Nothing has changed. Still moving forward.
  5. some more small updates. Rapid fab fit rear end and ladder bar setup. will re assemble car after priming and get it off to have the cage and rear end completed and the parachute mount complete.
  6. some of the blasting that has been done to clean the body right up. I wasnt happy when I took the car back to bare the was small spiders/crows feet of rust, not actually bubling but stains, possibly from stone chips early on in life. the body is in great cond otherwise. Thanks
  7. Hi guys a few more of the rear end, now with discs and wilwood calipers. can't wait to get this back as a roller.

  12. carbon boot lid primed, ready for paint, just filled in some small pin holes. Was alot of work to make the mould for 1 x boot hahahah.

  17. what other types of coilover front suspension can fit into the ke25 coil over wise? Does the AE86 stuff fit? In you case you used corona bottom half with a coilover top?
  18. will post some pictures up tonight of the car and current progress, although slow there is some progress, hopefully things speed up a little from here. I have adopted the approach if i can't do it to the extent or way i want I will wait till I can, hence the $12k Gearbox....

    numbers seem perfectly normal to me. 45psi is the norm today, especially when large name 2j's are running 65psi, yes this is reality. boost and nitrous combined seems just as normal, all the auto, big single cars are using the spray and big boost, just like ben brays 1200 ute sr20, nitrous shot with big boost.

  22. Progress has slowed over the last 3 weeks due to the exspense of the gearbox and rear end, how ever back into it now, will update with some pics. I havent pumped the gaurds just rolled the lips under, flared them and extended the gaurd by 70mm. I will dummy fit the engine, gearbox, and engine plate in coming weeks and throw some more pictures up. (new tunnell will have to be removeable to access the clutch... Been busy straightening rear quarters after spot welding, hoping to straighten and fill them this weekend and put in primer.

  25. Got Busy over the weeken, was battling for some motivation this weekend after work but got through it. Stretched the rear gaurds for my 28x9 slicks, fixed 1 patch of rust, filled in petrol cap, washers, antenna and mirror holes.
