Des Posted March 30, 2007 Report Posted March 30, 2007 Welcome  what has prompted you to go a ke70 ? Make sure you read the FAQ aswell  Quote
Prawnstah Posted March 30, 2007 Author Report Posted March 30, 2007 This is my current ride Just the insurance is through the roof and i would like something more practicle for my age (19) I jumped into the car without research and so on, so i think its time to buy something cheaper till i learn to budget myself etc etc. Always had a thing for KE70's Small RWD and Boxy and yeh i thought maybe it was time i got myself something to restore/do up lol... As far as it shall go is 14" Rims (Old style) Nice wide tyres Whitewalls Lowered Fresh paint Tint And some minor engine work Just looking for something to cruise around in for now, Thanks for the welcome and hopefully i have a corolla to post in here in the next month or two! LittleRedSpirit Posted March 30, 2007 Report Posted March 30, 2007 Dude, if you sell that car you could build a beams powered rolla! Welcome to rollaclub, Mate. Quote
ROLLLA Posted March 30, 2007 Report Posted March 30, 2007 Dude, if you sell that car you could build a beams powered rolla!Welcome to rollaclub, Mate. haha i was thinkin the exact same thing mate. But anyway youve made the right choice if ya want a small cheap reliable car that ya can have fun in cos its RWD. Check my car out for example, all up ive spent just over $2500 and that includes 12mths reg and its a huge headturner. Quote
Paul Posted April 14, 2007 Report Posted April 14, 2007 If the opportunity arrises in your KE70 search, I recommend you get an AE71 (If you have plans of putting a cheap twincam motor in) instead of a KE70 as you'll alredy have clutch master cylinder & lines, T50 gearbox and A series stamping as your VIN. Makes things easier and cheaper in the long run. Oh nice Suby by the way 6 spokes look hot. Welcome aboard and don't forget to put your location in your profile;) Quote
