Raven Posted May 5, 2007 Report Posted May 5, 2007 Can anyone tell me what the switches do on a KE70 5 Speed? I know one is for reverse which sits on the passenger side in the most rearward position, but there is one in front of that and one on top of the gearbox. What do these two mystery switches do? Trev Posted May 5, 2007 Report Posted May 5, 2007 Do the KE70's have a cruise mode switch which is activated in a high gear and adjusts the carby for economy use? Quote
7shades Posted May 6, 2007 Report Posted May 6, 2007 Yep, thats the "lean running" solenoid switch. In my gf's 626 coupe I have it disconnected from the carb and patched into the suspension height controller through a relay so that when you select 5th it drops it down an extra 25mm Cool trick :S Quote
Medicine_Man Posted May 6, 2007 Report Posted May 6, 2007 I only have the reverse light switch connected on my box.. Quote

7shades Posted May 6, 2007 Report Posted May 6, 2007 ok I'm lost too now.... from the top of the box they go into the loom... I have no idea after that as they both seem to route into the cabin... Quote
