Diff Problems

just wondering if someone could help me. i need to find out what the best and cheapest diff is for my ke25, lsd of course.

Nothing that's going to bolt in. I've only seen one 6" lsd in almost 20 years. I've got a T-series in mine with TRD LSD and 4.77 gears. I've flared the guards so I can use normal wheels as the track is too wide.

How long is a piece of string, and not if you can find rims with close to FWD offset. A T-series will also have a different stud pattern to what you already have on a 20.

 

T series with slippery would be setting you back close on 4 figures at a guess.

You mention LSD to a shop now and bang thats $1200 straight up. T series diff from a Te27 fits i THINK but you will have a very hard time getting one.

 

Its cheaper to buy a 8 inch like a Toyota G series or Mitsubishi 8 inch and modify that, LSD's are half the price and most of the housings don't need cutting down in most cases.

try an rx 7,,,,,,,,,,,,lsd is cheapish and stud pattern the same :locked:
