So f@$king hard to find a cheap T25 fwd turbo manifold and when you do find one they are 600+, I could probably mke one at work but i could not be bothered with the stuff around, I will leave the turbo for the ae71 and keep this atmo.

Here are my replacement extractors, Same style but made of mild steel, I cleaned them up in the bead blaster and painted them with flat aluminium exhaust paint.

Inlet manifold and throttle body all clean and blasted ready to be put back together tomorrow, Cam covers arrived today so i will blast them tomorrow and paint them holden orange/rocket red with bare alloy lettering, Just need to get a clutch kit and machine the flywheel and it will be back in.

I don't know how good the red ones will look in my engine bay, lol.

Deburred the cam gears and cleaned the thermostat housing today, Also painted the TVIS badge to suit the cam covers:

 

 

 

Tomorrow i will take the gearbox in and clean all the crap off it.
