Because Teddy is too slack thought I would post up some pictures of his white KE70..

Before he got his licence it had a stock 4K in it and he had a very quick and dodgy respray done on it. He later on got some nice mag wheels for it and fitted a slightly worked 4K with 3K largeport head / cam / downdraft weber etc. Also fitted extractors and exhaust.. Then later on he picked up twin carbs for it and they went on. Over the years though the rust has begun to break though the paint so I have started patching bits here and there when he comes up to work on the blue car..

Some pictures of it in its former glory..

After doing a few other various patches we tried a can of Peak White from Supercheap to see if we could make it match, Turned out pretty good...

So hopefully we can make the car look half decent again and not have it attract the wrong sort of attention..

We did a hand cut and polish of the bootlid, roof and bonnet the other weekend, It came up looking pretty good.

Just need to black out the bottom this weekend now the paint has had a good chance to dry.

Cleaned up and resprayed where I had patched the rust in the bottom of the drip rail on the rear passenger side, Also a piece in the door jam and a bit near the boot. Turns out the white on the car was not as good a match as the front guard. Seems to be a higher opacity white than the Peak White.. Will give the paint a week to settle and see if I can rub it back a bit..
