Trev Posted April 27, 2008 Report Posted April 27, 2008 I don't seem to have any retaining bolts on the compressor side Trev, just the circlip. I have two of these turbos and neither have compressor retaining bolts or any way a locking device could be fitted, you can't rotate the out let for love not money (turbine side does have locking bolt holes and the web page shows nada for the cold side). Thats why I was wondering if they are gently pressed to relieve pressure off an "o" ring/ compression ring? Then the circlip comes out easier.I will google some more, while looking for a way to release tight turbo's I did find an interesting Japenese site. Gotta love those girls. Sometimes the net is just win win. Well in that case just remove the circlip and rotate. Quote
