Somewhere relatively central I suppose, but most all of us have cars or have access to cars so I don't think it matters too much. I think most people here are from northside. Date, whenever... Maybe aim for like 3-4 weeks time, that should be enough time to organise a bowling night, but not so long that everyone says "yes" now and then pulls out the day before...
