Jamin Posted December 4, 2008 Report Share Posted December 4, 2008 hey . this is for a friend. he owns a car as the same model as the one in the pic and its a 4a-c auto and it keeps blowing head gaskets (5 to recall). i was thinking it was something to do with the way the radiatior was mounted and was making air pockets in the top coolent cilinder in the engine? could be wrong please help Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Des Posted December 5, 2008 Report Share Posted December 5, 2008 If it blows the head gasket your also ment to try and find out why it blew. Most cases its from over heating so get the radiator professionally check, replace the water pump and thermostat. Flush the whole system with the heater on.
