Not bad at all, I just think it needs to sit flush with the bodywork to look 100% :y:

Can you recess the filler point so it sits flush?

Thanks. we can probley turn down the part that sit in the body to make it look more flush. It the first one we made,

You just twist and pull. Thats the next step is working out a way so i can make it lock. I'm not sure how I'm going to do this as yet.

What does every body think

Just be careful with your o-rings as normal rubber o-rings will perish from contact with fuel. Have a look for viton o-rings as they're fuel resistant but unfortunatly very expensive and somewhat difficult to find.

Viton isn't too hard to find, it's much more common that it used to be. Ring up Parker (I'm sure they do Viton) and ask for a few samples of the size you need, tell them you're developing a biomedical instrument or something... haha.
