Drifting on wednesday night at a certain suburb for about 30 mins when MR AKE70 shows up (i had never previously met him) and it was awesome 2 KE70's drifting for a bit.

 

then on the way home I heard a rattly sorta weird sound. I thought the engine seized cos it wouldn't crank and there was no oil in it.

 

but yeah me and my brother went back to the car (still sitting by the side of the road) and found out that the #1 cyl conrod shat itself... how tough is that!!!

except something tells me that 1g-gte ke70's ke70 doesn't have a 4k :)

 

engines are usually $1500 from an importer. or if you get a new set of rods, i want first option to buy your old set of 5, as they fit into 4Ks :D

as if i'd break the 1G's rods. the stroke of a 1g is so small and the pistons are tiny. you'd have to be trying pretty hard.

 

whereas the weak 4K-CEF's rods... (4K-Critical Engine Failure)

 

yeah i'm just unregistering it and selling it for like $100 or something.

 

my new car will be registered this week.
