Raven Posted August 19, 2009 Report Posted August 19, 2009 They pivot at the top as the brake cylinder pushes out from the bottom.... Quote
muzke30 Posted September 3, 2009 Author Report Posted September 3, 2009 thanks Raven was bit hard to tell to untrained eye now the u mentioned it makes sence Quote
KE354K Posted September 3, 2009 Report Posted September 3, 2009 Hopefully I've understood your problem correctly. You have very little travel, leaking and changed the cylinders. Just making a suggestion, have you bled the lines? Sounds a little like there is air in the lines because you have no travel. Once again, apologizing if i have misunderstood the problem. Quote
muzke30 Posted September 3, 2009 Author Report Posted September 3, 2009 yeah mate wasnt the problem bleed soooo many times every time i changed pistons obviously but yeah kept poping out just need new shoes with more meat on them and to adjust them bit tighter so that the cylinder wouldnt pop out Quote
Damon550 Posted September 4, 2009 Report Posted September 4, 2009 mine must have just wanted to make and arse of themselves i had new shoes and cylinders because i wore out the shoes from the handbrake i had the brakes adjusted up as tight as possible and the the hand brake backed right so i still don't know the reason sadly Quote
