Wtb - Toyota 4k Manifold Gasket

Please, does anyone have a exhaust-intake manifold gasket suit 4K engine. My head is ported and has extractors and ive had a couple gaskets made up which work for 2 weeks then begin to tick again ... grrr!

The one that was made for the head has now fallen apart.

 

So, wanted to buy - manifold gasket suit 4K with ported head & extractors.... cash!

Go to your local parts store and order an extractor gasket.

 

ACL part no. DSF24

Permaseal part no. EM30

thats your best bet, if you make your own make sure it is the right temp range, flame proof, whatever suits the job it is going to do.

you might be able to cut down a proper gasket if you buy one new??

I have the same problem!

 

Just go to your local exhaust shop, buy a regular gasket and cut it down.

Òriginal gasket too small in diameter. The heads porting doesnt leave much gap. Even extractor gaskets looks too small.

What do you think?
