hey everyone, Matt here. not new on the site although didn't post very often. just moved into the act. and also just bought my 3rd rolla. used to have a ke20 (stock), also used to have a ke30 (worked 4k and 5 speed). now own rolla boy's old ke36 and loving it. cheers Matt

Hey hey! I'm a new RollaClub member and am from Kambah! I have a red KE70 that drives frequently around tuggeranong/southside areas.

If you've seen this car, it has probably either been sideways, had its bonnet up on the side of the road, or surrounded by a cloud of dust :y:

 

If you see me doing naughties in this car, please don't call the cops on me. I'm on my last warning! hahahah :lolcry:

 

I've also just bought myself a KE36 wagon, which I plan to do up. Would also love to meet up at a RollaClub meet if they still happen in

the big bad 'Berra.

been a long longtime since ive been on this site. Used to be on canberra toyota club, but thats not on anymore.

She lives in Stirling and is gathering dust as I'm waiting on parts from the states.

 

AE82 4age twin cam

 

with a Vortech Supercharged 4age 20v

 

Also runs,

Coilover suspension

Uprgraded AE101 Calipers and rotors

TOMS Carbon Fibre intake

Vortech Maxflow power cooler (water-air cooler)

TODA parts everywhere

plus heaps of other stuff i couldnt be bothered writing cause id be here all day

 

Should be up and running soon (fingers crossed there are no more problems)

That's a really clean looking car you've got yourself there Rick and I hope that

rotary conversion goes well for you, Chappo. As for engine mounts I've never done it

myself, but you should just ask around. Perhaps ask on RC if someone has already

dropped a 12a into a KE30-55 and they might be able to make a set up for you.

canberra toyota club is pretty much us all here :) we've just moved back hehe

i think its been mentioned before how everything gets quiet and we all split ways for summer, and then when winter hits again we all start gathering up again heh

The car's already got a 5K and K50 so the plans are to rebuild the engine, back to bare metal cut out all the rust and spray her, replace all suspension etc. Basically the same things I did with my old Celica.

 

Yeah while she's got regp on her I'll come along.
