Mini Tubs

hi guys i know this topic has come up before but I'm looking to tub my ke30 and i havent got a clue where too start.mini tub also modifying standard diff http://www.rollaclub.com/board/style_image...con_open.giftoo a vl turbo diff 28 spline does anybody know the length to cut down too.

if you have no idea where to start a mini tub job then why do you need it?

There is a lot of lot of work to do when tubing the only reason id do tubs in a ke is if i wanted to run under 10 sec pases

Or just some FAT tyres. As i;ve saind in another thread, you can fit 215's under 30/55 guards with the right offset. 215's or 225's would be more than enough for what most people are putting down in corolla's

Mate you are going to have to measure it up and probably look at some prefabricated tubs and rear

end setup from someone like Mcdonald bros. , going to have to decide if you want a ladder bar setup or a 4 link or something

of the likes...

 

With a minitub you should be able to move the leaf springs inboard and cut out the arches and weld in some pre fabbed tubs
